Angiopteris evecta (G. Forst.) Hoffm. merupakan tumbuhan paku dari famili Marattiaceae yang tersebar luas di wilayah tropis dan berpotensi sebagai sumber senyawa antioksidan alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kandungan metabolit sekunder, menentukan kadar flavonoid total, serta mengevaluasi aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak etanol A. evecta. Ekstraksi dilakukan menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Skrining fitokimia dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi golongan senyawa metabolit sekunder, meliputi alkaloid, flavonoid, fenolik, dan saponin. Penetapan kadar flavonoid total dilakukan menggunakan metode aluminium klorida (AlCl3) dengan kuersetin sebagai standar, yang dianalisis menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang maksimum. Aktivitas antioksidan diuji menggunakan metode ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-(3-etilbenzotiazolin-6-asam sulfonat)) pada rentang konsentrasi 50–250 ppm, dengan kuersetin sebagai pembanding. Hasil skrining fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol A. evecta mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, fenolik, dan saponin. Kadar flavonoid total yang diperoleh sebesar 105,322 ±0,04 mg QE/g ekstrak. Uji aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan metode ABTS menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun A. evecta memiliki nilai IC50 sebesar 183,1 ppm, sedangkan kuersetin sebagai standar menunjukkan nilai IC50 sebesar 3,01 ppm. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol A. evecta memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan kuersetin.
