Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to Journal of Pharmacy and Nutrition Research (JOPANUR) will undergo an initial screening by the editorial team to ensure alignment with the journal’s focus and scope, as well as to check the completeness of the submission. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will proceed to a double-blind peer review process, where both the authors’ and reviewers’ identities are kept confidential.

Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers will assess the originality, methodology, relevance, scientific contribution, and clarity of the manuscript. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editor will make a decision:

  • Accepted without revision

  • Accepted with minor revision

  • Major revision required

  • Rejected

The peer review process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the responsiveness of both reviewers and authors.
